Billing, subscription, or credit problem: choose what happened

Choose the correct path for unexpected charges, renewals, cancellation, refunds, missing paid access, credits, invoices, or payment methods.

Choose the line that matches what your account shows. A Help Center article can explain the workflow, but only a human reviewing the payment and account records can confirm a specific charge, refund, or balance.

Check these two pages first

  1. Open My Plan to confirm the signed-in email, current plan, billing interval, credit balance, and subscription status.

  2. Open Usage to review available credit and purchase information.

  3. Keep the relevant receipt or invoice ID. Never send a full card number, CVV, password, or login code.

I was charged unexpectedly or my plan renewed

  • The amount looks like a full year: a yearly plan can display an equivalent monthly rate while charging the yearly total at checkout. Check the billing interval and invoice before assuming the charge is monthly.

  • The subscription renewed: cancellation and refund review are separate. Use the cancellation guide to stop a future renewal, and the refund policy if you want the latest charge reviewed.

  • I see two charges: collect every affected receipt, account email, date, amount, currency, and whether each bank entry is pending or posted. Ask for human review before disputing or changing the wrong subscription.

I paid, but the account still shows Free or Past Due

Confirm that the payment email matches the signed-in account. Then follow payment recovery and paid-plan restoration. Updating a payment method does not itself prove that an invoice succeeded.

I want to cancel, change plans, or request a refund

My credits or features look wrong

I need an invoice, receipt, or different payment method

Send one complete support message

Use the copyable support-report template. For billing, include the account email, purchase or renewal date, plan or credit pack, amount, currency, and receipt or invoice ID. State what My Plan currently shows and the outcome you want. Do not repeat details already provided in the same conversation.
