Payment failed, Past Due, or paid plan not restored

Update payment details, understand Past Due, restore a paid plan, and report a paid invoice that is not reflected.

Choose the matching situation

  • Payment failed or Past Due: update the payment method and wait for a successful invoice.

  • Invoice is paid but the plan is missing: refresh, sign in again, then contact support if needed.

  • Credits from a paid invoice are missing: verify the account email and send the receipt to support.

  • Duplicate subscription or unexpected charge: collect every receipt and contact support for account review.

What Past Due means

Past Due means Magic Hour did not receive a successful subscription payment. My Plan shows the affected plan and a payment message when available.

Update payment details

  1. Open My Plan.

  2. Open the plan or payment-method menu.

  3. Select Update payment method.

  4. Complete the update in the billing portal.

Updating payment details does not confirm payment. The plan returns after the invoice is paid and the successful payment reaches the account. Do not promise a fixed unlock or retry time.

Paid invoice but the plan is missing

  1. Confirm the receipt or invoice says paid.

  2. Refresh My Plan.

  3. Sign out and back in using the payment email.

  4. If still missing, contact support.

Duplicate subscription or charge

My Plan does not show a self-service control dedicated to merging or removing duplicate subscriptions. Do not cancel accounts or dispute a charge before identifying which subscription and email are involved.

Send support every affected account email, invoice or receipt ID, date, amount, currency, and a screenshot showing the duplicate entries. Support must review the billing records. Never send a full card number.

Credits or features missing

Confirm that the purchase email matches the signed-in account. Check My Plan and the current balance. If the charge succeeded but access remains missing, send the receipt to support.

Cancellation while Past Due

Canceling an active subscription normally schedules cancellation for the end of the billing period. Canceling a Past Due subscription ends it immediately.

Wallets

Apple Pay and Google Pay can be used as web-checkout wallets. They are not Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
