Overview
You can view and download your invoices and receipts from your Magic Hour account at any time. This guide shows you where to find them and how to download them for your records or accounting purposes.
Prerequisites
An active Magic Hour account with billing history
At least one completed transaction (subscription charge or credit pack purchase)
Access your invoices and receipts
Sign in to your Magic Hour account.
Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Account Settings.
Navigate to the Billing section.
Look for Invoices, Receipts, or Billing History.
You'll see a list of your transactions, including:
Invoice or receipt date
Plan or credit pack purchased
Amount charged
Payment status
Click on any invoice or receipt to view details or download as a PDF.
Expected result: You can view detailed information about each charge and download a PDF receipt for your records.
Save important invoices for your records. You'll need these for expense reports, business accounting, or tax purposes.
What's included in your invoice
Your Magic Hour invoice typically includes:
Invoice number and date: Unique identifier for the transaction
Plan or product: The subscription tier or credit pack purchased
Billing period: The dates covered by this charge (for subscriptions)
Amount: Total cost including any applicable taxes
Payment method: Last 4 digits of the card used
Your Magic Hour account email: Registered email for the account
Billing address: Address associated with your payment method
Download and save invoices
In your Billing section, find the invoice you want to download.
Click the invoice row or look for a Download, PDF, or View button.
The invoice will download as a PDF file to your computer's default download folder.
Save the file with a clear naming convention (e.g., "Magic Hour Invoice - Jan 2025.pdf") for easy reference.
Your invoice PDF is ready to use for business records, accounting software, or tax documentation.
Email receipts
Magic Hour automatically sends a receipt email to your account email address when a charge is processed.
These receipts are sent immediately after a successful transaction.
If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
You can access these emails in your email inbox at any time, or download invoices from your account settings if you need a backup copy.
Tax and accounting information
Tax ID: Magic Hour's tax ID is available upon request for business accounting purposes. Contact [email protected] if you need this information.
VAT/GST: If applicable, taxes are itemized separately on your invoice based on your location and account type.
Business vs. personal: Ensure your account is set up correctly (business vs. personal) so your invoices reflect the right entity name.
Keep all invoices for at least 7 years for accounting and tax purposes, especially if Magic Hour is a business expense.
Frequently asked questions
How far back can I view invoices?
You can access all invoices associated with your Magic Hour account going back to your first transaction. There's no limit on how far back you can view billing history.
Can I export all my invoices at once?
Currently, you can download invoices individually through your Billing section. If you need a bulk export for accounting purposes, contact [email protected] and they can assist you.
What if I don't see a charge I remember making?
Check your email for the receipt, which may have been sent to a different email address. You can also check your billing history by reviewing all transactions in the Billing section. If you still can't find it, contact support with the approximate date of the purchase.
Can I change the email address where receipts are sent?
Yes. Update your account email in Account Settings and future receipts will be sent to the new address. Past receipts can still be downloaded from your Billing section.
What if my invoice shows the wrong information?
If your invoice has an error (wrong amount, incorrect billing address, or company name), contact [email protected] within 30 days of the charge with details of the error. They can issue a corrected invoice if needed.
Do I need an invoice to access my account?
No. Invoices are for your records only. Your subscription and credits are tied to your account, not to specific invoices.
Can I request an invoice for a previous free trial?
Free trials don't generate invoices—only paid transactions do. If you purchased a plan or credit pack that charged your card, that transaction has an invoice available.
Troubleshooting
Issue | Cause | Solution |

Invoice PDF won't download | Browser or file system issue | Try a different browser or device. Clear your browser cache and try again. If the problem persists, contact support. |
Didn't receive receipt email | Email went to spam or different email address | Check your spam/junk folder. Verify the email address in your Account Settings matches the one you're checking. Ask support to resend the receipt. |
Charge amount on invoice is different than expected | May include taxes, be a prorated charge, or reflect plan discount | Check the invoice details for line items, taxes, and discount information. If the amount is still wrong, contact [email protected] with the invoice number. |
