Troubleshooting
Issue | Cause | Solution |
Can't find the payment method option in settings | May be in a different menu location | Go to Account Settings and look for My Plan. If you still can't find it, contact support. |
Received "Invalid card" error | Card details entered incorrectly or card is expired/declined | Double-check the card number, expiration date, and CVV. Ensure your card is valid and hasn't expired. Try a different card if available. |
Payment method won't save | Technical issue or billing address mismatch | Verify all fields are filled correctly, especially the billing address. Try again. If it persists, contact [email protected]. |
My old card is still showing as active | Update didn't process or page didn't refresh | Refresh your browser and check My Plan again. If your old card still shows, try updating again or contact support. |
Charged after updating payment method | Charge was scheduled before the update | Any charges scheduled before your update will use the old card. Charges scheduled after the update use your new card. |
