How to access your invoices and receipts

Open the billing portal, download invoices or receipts, and report a missing or incorrect billing record.

Open your billing history

  1. Sign in to the Magic Hour account used for the purchase.

  2. Open My Plan.

  3. Open the plan or payment-method menu.

  4. Select View billing history if that option is available. Update payment method is for changing payment details, not the billing-history shortcut.

  5. Find the completed transaction and use the invoice or receipt download option shown there.

The available records and controls depend on the signed-in billing account. If no billing-history control is shown, check the receipt email, including spam or junk, or contact support with the purchase details below. You do not need to buy a subscription or another credit pack to request a receipt.

Usage-based API billing

For a usage-based API account, open the Developer Hub and use the Analytics & Billing area to review available invoice information.

If an invoice or receipt is missing

  1. Confirm that the signed-in Magic Hour email matches the purchase email.

  2. Confirm that the payment completed successfully.

  3. Check the receipt email, including spam or junk folders.

  4. Check View billing history from My Plan if that control is available.

  5. If the transaction is paid but no record appears, request human review.

Send support the account email, approximate purchase date, amount, currency, plan or credit pack, and the receipt or transaction reference if available. Never send a password or full payment-card number.

Incorrect billing details or a download problem

Use the billing portal controls currently shown for the invoice. If required information cannot be changed there, or the invoice is incorrect or will not download, contact [email protected]. A human teammate must review the specific billing record and available provider options.

Do not rely on a promised correction, resend, or response time. Availability depends on the transaction and payment provider.
