How to cancel your subscription

Cancel renewal in My Plan, confirm the effective date, and understand the difference between cancellation, refunds, and deletion.

Overview

You can cancel an active subscription from My Plan. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so paid benefits remain available until the date shown in your confirmation.

How to cancel

  1. Sign in and open My Plan.

  2. Select Cancel subscription.

  3. Review the benefit changes and choose a cancellation reason.

  4. Continue through any offer that may be shown, then confirm cancellation.

The exact steps can vary with account and subscription status. The final confirmation date is authoritative.

After the subscription ends

  • Your account moves to the Basic plan.

  • Paid benefits such as higher resolution, commercial use, watermark-free exports, and priority access end.

  • Any remaining account credits stay in your account.

  • Free users may claim 100 account credits daily, up to seven total claims. This is not an unlimited daily allowance.

If the option is missing

A missing cancellation option does not prove that you have no active subscription. Contact support with your account email and a billing receipt so the team can check the subscription.

Cancellation, refunds, and account deletion are different

A confirmed cancellation stops future renewal according to the effective date shown. It does not automatically refund an existing charge. Account deletion is also not a refund request. Use the refund guide if you want a payment reviewed, and keep the receipt and account details available.

Check the cancellation confirmation in My Plan before assuming it completed. If you are still charged, or My Plan shows Basic while charges continue, ask support to review the affected account and subscription. Remaining credits do not keep paid-plan settings unlocked. A separate credit-pack entitlement may affect watermark behavior; check your current account benefits.
