Understanding Credits

Understand credit balances, daily claims, annual billing, plan allowances, and the estimate for each generation.

How credits work

Tools under /create use credits. The estimate displayed before generation is the current quote for the selected settings.

New accounts and daily claims

  • New accounts receive 400 signup credits.

  • Basic users can claim 100 account credits daily, up to seven total claims.

  • Active subscribers can claim 100 credits daily while subscribed, with no lifetime claim limit during an active subscription.

Daily account claims are separate from simplified product-page allowances.

Expiration and rollover

Do not assume that every credit type never expires, always rolls over, or remains after cancellation. Rules can depend on the current plan, purchase, or promotion. Check the terms shown in My Plan, checkout, or the applicable offer. A human teammate must review an account-specific balance or expiration question.

Current included subscription credits

  • Creator: 12,000 with monthly billing, or 144,000 with annual billing.

  • Pro: 25,000 with monthly billing, or 300,000 with annual billing.

  • Business: 70,000 with monthly billing, or 840,000 with annual billing.

Plan offers can change. My Plan and checkout are authoritative.

If credits appear wrong

  1. Refresh, then sign out and back in with the same email or Google account.

  2. Confirm the account and plan shown in My Plan.

  3. For a missing daily claim, confirm another claim was not made that day and that a Basic account has not reached seven total claims.

  4. For a purchase, confirm the invoice completed and the signed-in email matches the purchase.

If the balance still appears wrong, contact support with the account email, current plan, receipt when applicable, date, amount, currency, and screenshot. Never send a password or full card number.

Failed or canceled generation

Check My Library. Failed and canceled generations show returned credits there. A completed but unsatisfactory result is different from a technical failure.

Annual price versus a monthly payment

A yearly plan can display an equivalent monthly price while charging the full year at checkout. For example, $12 per month billed yearly means $144 for the year before any applicable tax, discount, or currency adjustment. Read the billing interval and total before confirming.

“4 months free” describes savings compared with monthly billing. It is not a four-month free trial, a promise to delay billing, or a requirement to wait four months before using the included credits.

What do the hours or image counts on Pricing mean?

They are estimated output quantities for the selected plan, billing period, and example tool settings. They are not unlimited generation, the maximum length of one clip, or a guarantee that every model costs the same. A yearly estimate covers the yearly allocation shown.

To budget your own workflow, choose the actual model, duration, resolution, audio, and output quantity in the editor. Divide the available credit balance by the displayed cost per generation to estimate how many identical attempts fit. Round down and allow for revisions. Each clip must also satisfy the tool’s duration limit. Check Pricing and My Plan for your selected allocation; higher-credit options may be available.
