Refund policy and requesting refunds

Refund eligibility

You can request a refund for a new or renewed subscription when both conditions are met:

  • The charge was made within the last 7 days.

  • Fewer than 400 credits from that subscription have been used.

Unused credit packs are also eligible within 7 days of purchase.

Magic Hour allows one approved refund per customer. Duplicate charges and rights required by applicable law are handled separately. Refunds are not available for accounts that violated or attempted to violate the Terms of Service.

Request a refund

  1. Open the Usage page and confirm the purchase date and credit use.

  2. Email [email protected] with the subject “Refund Request.”

  3. Include your Magic Hour account email, purchase date, plan or credit pack, and any relevant charge details. Do not send a full card number.

Support reviews the account, charge, and credit usage before confirming eligibility. Account-specific decisions require human review.

After approval

An approved refund is returned to the original payment method. Subscription or credit-pack credits from that purchase are removed. If a subscription is refunded, the account returns to the Basic plan.

Arrival timing depends on the payment method and provider. Use the refund confirmation to check with your provider, or reply to Magic Hour support if the status remains unclear.

Common questions

Do Apple Pay or Google Pay purchases count as app-store subscriptions?
No. They are wallets used through Magic Hour’s web checkout. Manage web subscriptions from My Plan and the billing portal.

What if I am outside the window or over the usage threshold?
You can still contact support to explain an exceptional or duplicate-charge situation, but the standard eligibility rules above apply.

Where can I cancel without requesting a refund?
Open My Plan and select Cancel subscription, then complete the confirmation flow. Cancellation stops renewal; it does not automatically refund the latest charge.
