This article covers files uploaded into Magic Hour generation tools. It does not describe email or support-chat attachment limits. For a PDF, Word document, screenshot, or feedback sent to support, see contact and attachment guidance.
Current limits and costs
Limits and credit costs depend on the tool, plan, model, duration, resolution, and other selected options. Use the estimate and available choices displayed in the current editor before generating. Do not describe the estimate as a permanent guarantee; if the same visible setup shows an unexpected discrepancy, support can review it before generation.
Resolution depends on the tool, model, and plan
There is no single pixel limit for every tool on a plan. Image-to-Video, Text-to-Video, AI Image Generator, and AI Image Editor use model-specific resolution options. For example, LTX-2.5 offers 480p on Basic and 720p or 1080p on paid subscriptions. Flux 2 Klein offers 640px on Basic and 1K or 2K on paid subscriptions. A model can still lack a resolution even when your plan is paid.
Some older tools instead use longest-edge limits that depend on the plan, often 576px on Basic, 1024px on Creator, 1472px on Pro, and 4096px on Business, subject to a lower tool-specific cap. Do not apply those numbers to every model-based tool.
Choose the exact tool and model, then review the available resolution and credit estimate before generating. Higher resolution can cost more credits. A credit pack adds balance but does not unlock subscription-only resolution options. If your current paid plan is not recognized, check payment and plan recovery rather than buying another pack. See API resolution limits for the API distinction.
Upload size by plan
Basic: 200 MB.
Creator: 2 GB.
Pro: 5 GB.
Business: 10 GB.
Individual tools also enforce file-type and input-specific limits.
When an upload is rejected
First identify the exact tool, file type, and error text. Do not apply an image-format list to a video or audio upload, and do not assume plan size is the cause unless the file exceeds the relevant limit or the product says so. Confirm the upload completed, follow the format and validation shown in that editor, and contact support if a supported file is still rejected.
Duration
Video and audio duration limits are tool-specific. In the signed-in Talking Photo and Lip Sync editors, a Free account without a purchased web credit pack has a 10-second account limit. A paid subscription or purchased web credit pack removes that Free-account duration limit, but does not override the selected mode’s maximum or subscription-only resolutions and Pro options. You still need sufficient credits. The following are mode maximums, not a promise of access for every account. Talking Photo supports 0.5–300 seconds in Realistic mode and 0.5–45 seconds in Expressive mode. Lip Sync Standard and Pro support up to 30 minutes. Use the current editor selection for other tools and modes.
If the displayed cost changed unexpectedly
Do not generate until you review the exact route and every visible selection. Save your prompt and settings and capture the discrepancy before refreshing once. Then contact support if the same visible setup still shows a different cost. Include the account email, route, approximate time, screenshots, and project links when available.
