Video looks blurry, distorted, or low quality

Fix blurry, distorted, inconsistent, or low-quality video results.

Overview

Output quality depends on the source media, selected tool and mode, resolution, and the type of motion or edit requested.

Start with the source

  • Use clear, well-lit media with the important subject visible.

  • Avoid unnecessary compression before upload.

  • Use supported formats and stay within your plan upload limit.

  • For face tools, use a clear view of the face.

Resolution by plan

  • Basic: up to 576px.

  • Creator: up to 1024px.

  • Pro: generally up to 1472px.

  • Business: up to 4K on supported tools and modes.

Not every tool supports the plan maximum. The available resolution shown in the editor is authoritative.

Improve the result

  1. Describe the desired scene and action directly.

  2. Avoid adding unnecessary or conflicting instructions.

  3. Test a shorter section before a long generation.

  4. Use the preview and available settings shown in the current tool.

  5. Compare results only after confirming the same input and selections were used.

Queue and processing

Paid plans receive queue priority; they do not necessarily skip every queue. Processing time varies, so avoid treating a fixed estimate as a guarantee.
