Sign-in email or verification code is missing, invalid, or expired

Sign in with Google or email, resend a verification code, and report a missing or expired sign-in message.

Magic Hour supports Google sign-in and email verification. Magic Hour does not use an account password that you can reset.

Sign in with email

  1. Open Sign in and enter the email used for the account.

  2. Open the verification link sent to that address, or enter the 6-digit code on the account-verification screen.

  3. If the code is invalid or expired, select Request new verification code when the control becomes available. Use the newest message or code.

If the email does not arrive

  • Check spam, junk, and promotions folders.

  • Confirm that the address on the verification screen is the one you intended to use.

  • Search for the newest Magic Hour sign-in message and ignore older codes after requesting a new one.

  • If you normally use Google sign-in, use the same Google account instead of creating a second email-based account.

If the newest code still fails

Contact support with the account email, approximate request time, device, browser, and exact error. Never send your email password, login code, full card number, or API key. If you need help locating a paid account, include a receipt reference without full payment-card details.
