Completed but audio-only, blank, or the wrong video. Keep the project and source information for review. Download the result if possible and report whether the same problem occurs there. Avoid repeated submissions until the project has been reviewed.

Step by step
Open AI Video Upscaler and sign in. If you see Unlock Video Upscaler, review the plan access requirement.
Add the Original Video and confirm the clip section if trimming is offered.
Choose an Upscale Factor or target resolution that is larger than the source.
Review the Creative setting, final output dimensions, and credit estimate.
Start the upscale using the available generation button. Watch the completed result at full size and download it.
Credits and access are separate
A credit balance alone does not override a paid-plan requirement. Follow the current access message; contact support if your eligible plan is not reflected.
Why is a size rejected?
A target resolution may already be equal to or smaller than the source. Choose an actual increase and follow dimension validation. Available settings depend on the input and access.
Inspect enhanced detail
Creative processing may infer new texture. Review faces, small text, fast motion, and edges throughout the result. Upscaling cannot guarantee restoration of detail missing from the original.
