Get the right result: check these first
Continue a clip. Upload the video you want to continue and check Extend By. Use AI Video Expander when the goal is a wider or taller frame instead.
Audio unavailable. Audio input depends on the selected model and resolution. If the control says Audio unavailable, choose a supported combination or continue without an uploaded track.
Recheck extension length. After adding audio or changing the model, verify Extend By and the total estimate before submitting.

Step by step
Open AI Video Extender and sign in. Add the Original Video.
Confirm the source section or endpoint using the available video controls.
Optionally describe what should happen next in Prompt.
Choose the model, resolution, and Extend By duration. Use Add audio if you want to supply audio for the extension.
Recheck Extend By after adding audio, review the estimate, and select Extend Video. Watch the transition into the new footage before downloading.
Write a continuation prompt
Example: “The camera continues slowly forward while the person walks toward the doorway. Keep the same lighting and setting.” A simple continuation is easier to assess than an abrupt change of scene.
Extend By changed after adding audio
The editor can adjust the extension based on audio length. Recheck it; you can select a longer available extension if you want the video to continue after the added audio ends.
Length versus frame shape
To add time, use Video Extender. To widen or change the framing of the video, use AI Video Expander. For edits within the existing clip, use AI Video Editor.
