Check the two roles. Scene to edit is the original photo. Person to use is the replacement person. Both are required.

Step by step
Open Body Swap and sign in.
Under Scene to edit, upload the original photo.
Under Person to use, upload the replacement person. Use an image that makes their appearance easy to see.
Choose the output resolution and review the estimate.
Select Generate Image. Inspect the whole person, pose, hands, clothing, and contact with the scene before downloading.
Body Swap versus other swaps
Use Face Swap Photo for facial identity only, Head Swap for a head replacement, and Character Replace for moving video. Body Swap is the photo workflow for replacing a person.
The scene or pose changed
The output is generated from both images, so exact pose and surrounding detail are not guaranteed. Use an uncluttered scene with a clear main person and a reference with useful body detail.
Only clothing needs to change
Use AI Clothes Changer with the person and garment images, or AI Image Editor for a prompt-based local edit. A full person replacement can change more than the outfit.
