Replace a head in a photo using a second image as the head reference.
Get the right result: check these first
Check image order. Photo to edit is the scene you want to keep. Head to use is the replacement. Both images are required.
Choose the intended change. Use Face Swap Photo for only the face or Body Swap for the person. Head Swap is the head-replacement workflow.
Review the join. Compare the head, hair, neck, and surrounding scene with both inputs before using the result. Keep those inputs if you need to report an incorrect replacement.
Still stuck? Contact support with the tool name, project link or visible ID if available, both input roles, resolution, and the head or surrounding area that changed incorrectly. Keep the project while it is reviewed. How to send useful troubleshooting details.
Step by step
Open Head Swap and sign in.
Upload the original image under Photo to edit. This is the body and scene you want to keep.
Upload the replacement under Head to use. Check that the two inputs are in the right places.
Select the resolution available to you and review the credit estimate.
Select Generate Image. Inspect the hair, neck, proportions, and edges before downloading.
Choose the scope of the change
Face Swap Photo focuses on facial identity. Head Swap replaces the head. Body Swap replaces a person in the scene. Choose the smallest workflow that fits the change.
The head looks mismatched
Try a reference with a closer angle, framing, and lighting. Extreme differences can produce unnatural size, hair, or neck transitions. Keep the reference head visible and unobstructed.
Need a precise follow-up edit?
Use AI Image Editor to describe a specific correction to a completed image. Keep the original and compare the revised result, since another generative edit can change other details.
