Start with the exact message beside the upload. Upload requirements can depend on the tool, selected input, and plan, so the requirements shown in the current editor are authoritative.
Read the exact upload message
Invalid or unsupported file: confirm that you selected the correct image, video, or audio input. If needed, re-export an image as JPG or PNG, a video as MP4, or audio as MP3, then upload the new file.
File too large: compare the file size with the limit shown in the editor or Pricing. The allowed upload size depends on the current plan.
Audio or video cannot be read: re-export the original file instead of only renaming its extension. Renaming a file does not change its encoding.
No face, character, model, or outfit detected: use a clearer source where the required subject is visible and unobstructed.
If the upload reaches 100% but does not attach
Wait for the file preview or name to appear in the form.
Save your prompt and note the selected settings before refreshing.
Refresh once and upload the file once more. Do not repeatedly submit the generation while the upload state is unclear.
If the same step fails again, stop retrying and send the details below.
Generate is still disabled
After the file appears in the form, complete the other required inputs and resolve the message beside the disabled control. Use the disabled Generate checklist.
What to send support
Send the exact tool page, selected input, file extension and size, device, browser, exact error, and a screenshot showing the upload area. If a project was created, include its link or visible ID. Do not send passwords, API keys, or unrelated private files. See how to contact support.
