If Generate is greyed out, check the message beside the unfinished input first. The page may need a completed upload, a required field, or a supported combination of settings.
Work through these checks
Wait for uploads to finish. Confirm each required image, video, or audio file appears in the form. If an upload failed, read the file requirements and error before uploading again.
Complete the required fields. Check the prompt, source media, model, duration, and any mode-specific setup shown on the page.
Resolve the visible validation message. If two inputs cannot be combined, remove the conflicting input. Changing your plan will not resolve an incompatible input combination.
Check access and cost. If an upgrade or insufficient-credit message appears, compare it with your balance and plan in My Plan. See why a setting can be locked when you have credits.
Before refreshing, save your prompt and note your settings. A refresh can discard work you have not submitted. If you already submitted a generation, check My Library before trying again.
Uploaded audio with references or an end image
In the current Text-to-Video and Image-to-Video LTX-2.3 workflow, uploaded audio cannot be combined with additional reference or Character attachments. Image-to-Video also does not accept an end image with uploaded audio. Remove the conflicting input and check the inline validation. These are model restrictions, not evidence that buying more credits will fix the issue. See the supported audio setup.
