What content is not allowed on Magic Hour?

Review content that may be blocked by Magic Hour legal, safety, copyright, consent, and platform rules.

Magic Hour does not allow content that violates legal, safety, or platform rules.

Some requests may be blocked automatically, and some content may be restricted even if it seems technically possible to create or edit.

Content that may not be allowed includes

  • explicit sexual content

  • exploitative or abusive content

  • illegal or harmful content

  • deceptive or fraudulent editing requests

  • certain restricted copyrighted or unsafe materials

  • requests that break platform, legal, or policy rules

Why a request may be blocked A request may be blocked because:

  • the prompt is too explicit

  • the input file triggered moderation

  • the request falls into a restricted use case

  • the requested output could violate platform rules

If your request is blocked

Read the visible moderation message and review the content guidelines. Do not repeatedly resubmit the same request or switch models to bypass a restriction. If you believe permitted content was blocked, ask support to review it. A block alone does not identify the exact cause.

If you think the block was a mistake Contact support and include:

  • the tool you used

  • the prompt

  • the project link or ID, if available

  • the error message if shown
