Overview
Watermark removal and commercial-use permission are different benefits. Paid subscriptions and credit-pack purchases currently include both. Separately agreed paid usage-based billing also permits commercial use, subject to the Terms and applicable content rights. Commercial permission is also different from asset ownership and legal copyright protection. The current Terms of Service describe asset ownership subject to their conditions; this is not a guarantee that copyright exists in every output, that an output is exclusive, or that third-party material is cleared. Use only source material you have permission to use. For a specific copyright, consent or legal dispute, request human review.
By account type
Basic without a credit-pack purchase or separately agreed paid usage-based billing: personal, non-commercial use. Watermark behavior depends on the output type and route.
Creator, Pro, and Business: watermark-free exports and commercial use.
Credit pack without a paid subscription: watermark-free exports and commercial use. A credit pack does not add subscription features such as higher resolutions, faster queues, larger uploads, or greater concurrency.
Important rights reminders
Only upload material you have permission to use.
Do not assume a recognizable person, brand, song, character, or third-party asset is cleared for commercial use.
Removing a watermark does not itself grant commercial rights.

Check your status
Open My Plan to confirm your current subscription or credit-pack purchase and benefits before publishing commercial work.
If a watermark appears unexpectedly
Confirm the current account status in My Plan.
Confirm you generated while signed into the account containing the active subscription or purchased credit pack.
Refresh, sign out, and sign back in with the payment email.
Check whether the result came from a simplified product route or a /create tool, because behavior can vary by route and current entitlement.
Watermark behavior depends on the workflow, available output files, and applicable account entitlement. Leftover account credits alone do not prove that every output is watermark-free. If a paid subscriber or credit-pack purchaser still receives a watermark, send support the route, project link, current My Plan screenshot, and generation time.
Can I download an existing video without a watermark?
Open the completed video’s Download control. If your account already qualifies and a clean version is available, Download may retrieve it directly without a watermark-choice menu. For an eligible watermarked video, the menu may offer Without watermark. A missing menu alone does not prove a problem. For supported videos with a retained original, the current account entitlement can allow access to a clean version of that same generation. Availability is not guaranteed for every workflow or older result.
If you need the exact same video, check that option and confirm availability before purchasing; do not assume another generation will reproduce it. If the option is missing or the download fails, send support the project link and screenshot before spending credits on repeated attempts. There is no universal retention window promised here.
Access to a clean file is not a ruling on retroactive commercial-use rights or clearance of third-party content. Those questions remain subject to the Terms and, when unclear, human review.
