Generation time depends on the tool, model, input length, selected options, and current demand. A percentage near completion is an estimate; it does not establish an exact finish time.
Check before retrying
Open the project in History or My Library.
Check the actual status: queued, processing/rendering, completed, failed, or canceled.
If it is still processing, avoid submitting the same generation again. A page or browser timeout does not prove the server stopped the job.
You can leave the generation page after the job has been submitted. Return to Library to check completion.
If the status stays unchanged for an unusually long time, contact support with the details below.
Paid plans receive queue priority; that does not guarantee an immediate start. Choosing a shorter clip can reduce work for a future attempt, but changing settings does not shorten an already-submitted job.
Credits and cancellation
A failed technical generation generally returns credits after failure processing. If you cancel using a control offered by the product, wait for the final canceled state and check the balance. A completed but unsatisfactory result is different from a technical failure. See failed generations and credits.
Send support one useful message
Include the account email, project link or ID if available, exact tool, model, selected duration, approximate submission time, status, and screenshot. If there is no project ID, send the route and time anyway. Keep the project so the team can inspect it. Do not rely on a fixed completion, response, or refund promise.
