Find a signed-in project
Open My Library using the account and sign-in method you used to generate.
Choose Videos, Images, or Audio for the type of output. Clear search, status, tool, or folder filters if a project is missing.
In an editor’s History, check its scope: it can show only the current tool. Use Library to look more broadly.
Open the result or its details and check whether it is processing, completed, failed, or canceled.
Use the completed result’s Download action to save the file.
Find a free result made without signing in
Look in the result area on the exact free-tool page where you generated. Use its Download action while the result is available. Do not assume a guest result was saved to a signed-in Library, or that signing up later restores a missing guest result. A reduced daily allowance alone does not prove that a usable output completed.
Where did the downloaded file go?
Downloads are saved by your browser or device. Check its download list and Downloads folder. A browser may open the file instead of saving it; use the download or save control shown by that browser. If the download failed, reopen the completed result and try its Download action once more.
Share your result
Download the finished file, then attach or upload it to the destination app. An account-only project link may not be accessible to another person. Check commercial use and source rights before publishing.
Still missing or unable to play?
For a signed-in project, confirm the account, media type, filters, and status, then refresh once. For a guest result, send the exact free-tool URL, approximate time, and screenshot. For a broken download or output, include the project link or ID if available and whether the problem also occurs in the downloaded file. Keep the project while support reviews it.
Deletion and privacy
Deleting a Library project does not remove copies already downloaded or shared. Download anything you need before deleting it; recovery is not guaranteed. Account deletion is permanent, subject to the Privacy Policy. If a creation appears somewhere unexpected, contact support with its project link and the URL where it appears. Do not assume a public/private control exists unless the current screen shows one.
