Get the right result: check these first
Import or set up manually. Import brand reads your website. If the imported assets are incomplete or wrong, use Set up manually and supply the correct material.
Use a consistent brand set. The tool recommends logos, colors, and product shots with one consistent look; avoid busy screenshots and off-brand images.
Review the generated brand details. A kit is guidance for later creation, not a guarantee of exact logo, text, or color reproduction. Inspect those details in the destination tool’s result.
Still stuck? Contact support with the tool name, project link or visible ID if available, website used for import, Brand Kit name, missing or incorrect assets, and the destination tool if generation is affected. Keep the project while it is reviewed. How to send useful troubleshooting details.
Step by step
Open Brand Kits and sign in.
To import, enter the website URL and select Import brand. The importer looks for the logo, colors, fonts, and visual style.
Review the imported material. If import is unsuitable or unavailable, use Set up manually and upload your brand images.
Name and finish creating the kit, then find it in your saved Brand Kits library.
Choose an available image or video usage option. In the destination tool, confirm the kit is attached, describe the asset you want, and review the access requirements and estimate before generating.
Review imported assets
Automatic extraction can miss assets or identify the wrong ones. Check the references before using the kit; use manual setup when the website does not expose the materials you need.
Brand guidance is not exact reproduction
A kit guides the generated look. It does not guarantee exact logo geometry, typography, wording, or brand colors in every output. Inspect final assets before publication, especially text and marks.
When to use other references
Use Characters for a consistent person and Moodboards for a general aesthetic. A Brand Kit is the place for reusable brand visual material. Generation happens in the compatible destination tool, with its own plan and credit requirements.
If a job is still processing or failed
