Translate a video’s spoken content into a target language using a dubbed, lip-synced video workflow.
Get the right result: check these first
Choose the language to hear. Upload a video containing speech and set Translate to to the target language, not the original language.
Check the selected section. Confirm video start/end and the current trim limit before generating. Only the selected supported section is submitted.
Already have an approved translation recording. Use Lip Sync to supply that recording yourself. For generated translation, have a speaker of both languages check important meaning before publication.
Still stuck? Contact support with the tool name, project link or visible ID if available, original language, target language, clip selection, timestamp, and the words or meaning that changed. Keep the project while it is reviewed. How to send useful troubleshooting details.
Step by step
Open AI Video Translator and sign in.
Select Upload Video and confirm the source clip or selected section.
Under Translate to, choose the target language from the available list.
Choose Output quality, review the estimate, and select Generate Video.
Watch and listen to the completed translation. Check the meaning, proper names, timing, and mouth movement before downloading.
Translation versus Lip Sync
Translator creates speech in another language from the video. Lip Sync uses audio you supply. Use Lip Sync when you already have an approved translated recording and want mouth movement to follow it.
Review meaning before publishing
Names, jargon, accents, overlapping speech, and poor recordings can affect the result. Have someone who understands both languages review important content; fluent-sounding audio alone does not prove a correct translation.
The wrong language or a section is missing
Confirm Translate to and the selected video section. Check both the browser result and downloaded file. For a repeated technical problem, provide the original language, target language, and exact timestamp to support.
