My Library
Open /my-library to find saved creations and their current status. Open a creation to view available project details and actions.
Downloaded files
A downloaded file is saved by the browser or device. Check the browser download list and the device Downloads folder. Deleting a local file does not delete the Library project, and deleting a Library project does not remove a copy already downloaded.
If a creation is missing
Confirm the signed-in email and sign-in method.
Check My Library and refresh.
Check whether the generation completed or failed.
If it remains missing, send support the route, approximate time, and screenshot.
Feed, profile, and visibility controls
The current Settings page does not show customer controls for feed visibility, profile visibility, or changing a project between public and private. Do not claim that a visibility setting exists when it is not displayed.
If a specific creation appears somewhere unexpected or you have a privacy concern, contact support immediately with the project link, page URL where it appears, account email, and screenshot.
Before deleting anything
Download files you want to keep. Account deletion is permanent and removes account access and project history, subject to the Privacy Policy.
