AI support can explain documented Magic Hour workflows and link to relevant tools and guides. An automated answer is not confirmation that a named human has personally read your message. You can ask for a human teammate in the existing conversation.
Can support read my attachment?
Attachment access depends on the support channel and the assistant’s actual access to the file. A filename alone does not mean its contents were read. Conversely, an assistant being unable to read a file does not mean the file never arrived or that Magic Hour cannot receive it. Ask whether the attachment was received and whether its contents can be reviewed. If it cannot be read, paste the relevant excerpt or ask for human review. See email and attachment help.
Support attachments are not generation inputs
A PDF or Word document containing feedback is not a video-generation upload. Media file types, plan upload sizes, My Library, credit balances, and generation status do not answer whether an emailed document is readable. Feedback does not require a project or a failed generation.
Where are the instructions?
For instructions, open Getting Started or the tool-selection guide. For a portrait that should speak or sing, open Talking Photo step by step. A Help Center article title is not necessarily a menu label on the main website.
Account access and actions
A general article cannot confirm a particular payment, balance, project status, refund, or account change. Such claims require authorized access to the relevant records. An assistant must not claim an action was completed without confirmation. Human review may be needed; see when to request a human. Support guidance is not a promise to create, edit, or download media for you, guarantee a generative result, override product restrictions, or guarantee a refund or response time.
If the answer misses your question
Correct the question in the same conversation or ask for a human. You should not have to repeat details or retry a step you already said does not work. For a mail link that opens the wrong application, open your usual email app and type [email protected] into a new message instead of clicking the link.
