Free photo face swap
Use /products/face-swap. It does not require sign-in or use account credits. It supports one source face and offers up to five free photo swaps daily.
Free video or GIF face swap
Use /products/face-swap/video or /products/face-swap/gif. They do not require sign-in or use account credits. Video and GIF share up to three free generations daily.
Free allowances reset at local midnight. Signing in does not create a separate allowance for the same route.
Full Face Swap Video editor
Use /create/face-swap-video. Generating requires sign-in and uses credits. The displayed estimate is authoritative.
Resolution and watermarks
Simplified product-page results use 576px. Watermark behavior can vary by route and account. Paid subscribers and credit-pack purchasers receive watermark-free output.
The Create editor supports up to 576px on Basic, 1024px on Creator, 1472px on Pro, and 4096px on Business. It will not enlarge beyond the source dimensions.
Supported inputs
Images: PNG, JPG, JPEG, JFIF, HEIC, WEBP, AVIF, JP2, TIFF, TIF, and BMP.
Video: MP4, M4V, MOV, and WEBM.
GIF route: GIF, WEBP, and WEBM.
Simplified routes accept uploads and presets, not YouTube. The Create editor accepts upload or YouTube for Single Face Swap.
Single versus Multi Face Swap
Single: one replacement image is applied to the video.
Multi: map a different image to each detected face.
Multi Face Swap does not currently support YouTube input. Upload the video instead.
Input guidance
Use a clear, well-lit replacement image with the face visible.
Keep the target face visible and unobstructed.
Smart face handling is recommended for turns and temporary obstructions.
Stable face handling may better preserve facial hair and face shape, but edges can be less stable.
Cartoon, heavily stylized, filtered, profile, or obscured faces are best-effort and should not be promised to work consistently.
Common errors
No detectable face: choose a clearer image.
Too many faces: use a replacement image with one person.
Invalid video: re-export as MP4.
Invalid image: try JPG or PNG.
